Headshot of Alumni Patterson

Dr. Brianna Patterson
Counselor Education M.E.D. ’17

“As a first-generation college student, I have always believed in the transformative power of education. My desire to become a school counselor was fueled by a passion to help other students experience the same life-changing opportunities I did.”

Headshot of Alumni Volz

Gabriel Volz,

"Even from the initial interview, UNF’s faculty always cultivated a sense of curiosity and promoted social justice for all the groups of people we serve; this approach is something I brought forth to my own research, a facet of my professional identity that was, and still is, important to me."
