Submit a request ticket if you need assistance with one of the following HR functional areas:

Our Mission
The Office of Human Resources is established to support the mission and goals of the University by providing leadership that assures efficient and effective management of the University’s human resources and positively addresses the quality of life for all University employees.
The Office of Human Resources is responsible for directing the functions of employee recruitment and selection, job classification and analysis, leave, compensation, organizational development, employee benefits and retirement, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, employee relations and the administration of collective bargaining contracts.
The Office of Human Resources institutes training and staff development programs for employees by working collaboratively with the Center for Professional Development and Training.
Our vision is to become a center of excellence in the services that we provide to the University of North Florida.
