The Department of Shared Technology Infrastructure and Services ensures the alignment of technology infrastructure, data, platform, and software solutions with university strategy and operations. The department’s work supports and enables the university’s administrative, instructional, research, and outreach activities.
Shared Application Services
Share Applications Services is responsible for administration, integration and development of university-wide and line of business applications. The team is responsible for managing third-party technology solutions, including Canvas by Instructure, myWings portal and mobile app, document imaging system, web content management system (CMS), calendar and room management systems, Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge and other applications.
Shared Platforms Services
Shared Platform Services is responsible for the management of data management and technology support platforms that support data operations and business applications. The data management platforms include Data Cookbook and the Enterprise Data Warehouse. The service management platform team administers and supports multiple ServiceNow platform applications including Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Remediation.
Shared Infrastructure Services
Shared Infrastructure Services is responsible for the installation, administration, and development of both on-premises and cloud technology infrastructure that supports the platforms, business applications, and business process of the university. The infrastructure services provided support academic, research, and business initiatives of the university.
