Lisa Haggerty is a government contracting consultant for the Florida APEX Accelerator at UNF. She has channeled her experience as an entrepreneur, procurement center director, and manager to assist businesses in achieving their growth potential.
Previously, Lisa was the Program Manager for the Hawaii-PTAC and the PTAC Director for UNF where within her first year of service she was awarded Regional Certified Business Analyst of the Year and recognized by then U.S. Senator Bill Nelson. Lisa assisted clients with over $350 million in government contract awards.
Lisa has also served as Program Chair, DAL, and Marketing Chair for NCMA where she coordinated federal and local programs for small and large businesses, as well as being a sustaining member of the Society of American Military Engineers. Lisa earned her bachelor’s in science degree in communications from the University of North Florida.
