Reliant Management

Raphnee Manning experienced firsthand how administrative burdens were detracting from patient care.  With a bachelor’s degree in both radiologic science and health information management, a master’s degree in healthcare management, along with years of clinical experience and working in various healthcare roles, she developed the idea behind her business.  She started Reliant Management, a healthcare revenue cycle management company with a focus on reclaiming patient care to streamline the financial processes for providers while prioritizing patient well-being throughout their healthcare journey. When Raphnee isn’t leveraging her expertise to help organizations improve efficiency, she partners with direct primary care and community outreach providers to host wellness seminars.  With the help of the SBDC she continues to grow her business.
