IPEDS
UNF annually submits IPEDS data to the U.S. Department of Educations National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). It is required that UNF and institutions that participate in federal student aid programs report data on the following programs: enrollments, program completions, graduation rates, faculty and staff, finances, institutional prices, and student financial aid. UNF's compact-level IPEDS data can be found via IPEDS College Navigator website.

External Surveys
UNF's Institutional Research Department completes federally and state-mandated survey's and reports as required by law. The university also conducts and participates in a number of publisher surveys. Examples of surveys in which the school annually participates includes U.S. News & World Report; The Princeton Review; and Thompson/Peterson's surveys.

Internal Surveys
Another key part of the schools Institutional Research Department is to conduct internal surveys as requested by the institutions administration. These surveys give key insight into student engagement and alumni relations within the institutions reach. UNF's IR department facilitates faculty research surveys that are distributed to students, faculty, and staff via Qualtrics.
