Certificate Description 

The certificate in Secondary Teacher Thinking and Decision Making opens a door to personal and professional development. The ultimate goal, of course, is to promote student learning, and teacher reflection is one way to achieve that goal. In this certification, we examine reflective decision making from several perspectives, aspects of instructional decision making, reflection as part of a constructivist way to teaching, and tools for becoming more reflective.
