Troubleshooting OspreyImpact

Tips and tricks to help navigate OspreyImpact and improve your familiarity with the system.

  • Joining a Group

Click on Campus Groups and then use the Search function to find what you are looking for. You can also use the Filters to search based on Causes, Type, and SDGs. Once you find the group you are looking for, click the link to that page. On the group banner, you will see an option to Join. Click Join and you are now a member.

Certain groups might have restrictions to join (for example, fraternities, sororities, and courses). You will need to be added to these groups by an administrator for that organization.

  • How do I create a group/class in OspreyImpact?

If your class is an Experiential Learning course, it will automatically populate in OspreyImpact and auto-enroll any students registered. There is nothing else you need to do.

You must use your UNF credentials and the single sign-on process to access the course. Once you log in, click Activity at the top menu next to your profile image. Select Classes and all courses you are an instructor for will appear. Use the filter tools to see only the current semester.

If your class is not in the OspreyImpact system, send an email to ospreyimpact@unf.edu with the subject name, subject number, and CRN for the course.
